This series will explore compassion and self-compassion practices through the lens of mindfulness. We will widen our window of tolerance for stress and difficult emotions by connecting to inner resources and developing self-compassion, while exploring compassion as the antidote to the challenging times we are living through. This series will weave together modern scientific insights with traditional practices and give you tangible tools for not only self-care but to expand your capacity for living a more authentic and loving life.

I had an amazing time! The weather was great, the food was delicious and fueling, the forest activities helped me slow down and the surfing was exhilarating and exhausting in a good way. I appreciated how supportive and encouraging staff was.

One of the most nourishing, peaceful, reflective, and connected weekends I’ve had in years. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I am so thankful for the wisdom of the teachers, the delicious food, and the opportunity to practice being vulnerable, to slow down , and to connect with the land.

An absolutely wonderful experience. The setting was idyllic, crystal clear water running over rocks for that perfect river sound coupled with huge trees and ferns and a wonderful flower garden. The food was delicious and plentiful. The flow of the sessions throughout the day was spot on. It's clear that the leaders are both passionate and knowledgeable. It was absolutely what I needed and more. I didn't want to go home and I'll definitely be doing this again.

Remarkable and transformative event. Beautiful setting, healing food, cozy accommodations. Retreat itself a joy and delight to learn about forest therapy and experience it from teachers whose compassion, knowledge, and spirituality are bright lights to guide us all.
