For the safety of participants, the trailhead location will vary and be released only to registered participants.

Movement & mindfulness combine as we explore the forests of the Northeast Kingdom and engage in mindful meditation.

Group size is limited to 10 people to protect the forest and allow participants to engage fully in the mindful meditations.

Your Host

April is a passionate guide in emotional wellness, self-discovery, and mindful movement. Drawing from her own life experiences and holding a Master's degree as a psychotherapist for more than a decade, supporting others on their personal growth journeys, she creates a compassionate space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and discover their inner wisdom. As a mother of three adult children and grandmother of four, April brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep understanding of life's transitions and challenges. Her love for the outdoors—including running, hiking, biking, swimming, and gardening—continually inspires her connection to nature and the healing power of movement. Movement has always been central to April's life. Through years of personal exploration, she discovered that mindful movement can be a gateway to deeper awareness, helping us access emotions, insights, and parts of ourselves that are often overlooked. By combining movement, mindfulness, and intuitive guidance, she supports others in cultivating greater peace, resilience, and self-understanding. April believes that true transformation comes not from avoiding our challenges but from moving through them with curiosity, courage, and compassion. Her retreats invite participants to move with intention, slow down, listen deeply, and embrace the journey toward greater healing, happiness, and wholeness.
