He even customized a 2-in-1 tour just for our group of 11, which made the whole experience feel tailor-made. From start to finish, Ismael took such great care of us. His communication and organization before, during, and after the tour were honestly perfect — I never had a single worry about anything. He kept everything easy, clear, and stress-free. The waterfalls were the absolute highlight for everyone. So much fun, so entertaining, and such an exhilarating experience! Our group spent a lot of time at umbrella street/pink street and if I did the tour again, I’d spend a bit more time at the fortress instead — but truly, the day was fantastic. You can tell Ismael takes real pride in his tours and genuinely cares about the travelers he hosts. I would 100% book with him again, and I’ll be recommending him to other advisors too. He brought our group’s vision to life and made the whole experience unforgettable.
