5+++stars for this adventure! Food was amazing, adventures were super fun! Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated

I had a great time on our trip to Grundy lake. I was so happy i chose the food package - Laurie prepared outstanding meals 10/10! I learned what it takes to eat like a queen in the outdoors. My only complaint - I would have liked more time on the water and instruction for paddling and camp set up. A small suggestion for future adventures an itinerary would allow for better use of time and instruction. Having the group ready earlier for yoga, hiking and paddling. Overall big Thanks for a great adventure at Grundy lake. I would highly recommend back country yin yoga retreat for aspiring new campers!

Such a relaxing camping trip. Food was amazing! Above and beyond.

This was a well-organized and fantastic weekend with a wonderful group of women. And I really enjoyed the yoga component; it allowed me to relax, take in, and appreciate the beautiful natural surroundings. I highly recommend SheVentures... this was my second time with them, and I will sign up again and again!

I recently joined Lauri and SHE Ventures on a multi day/night backcountry camping and paddling experience. Lauri was organized, a wealth of information and just all around wonderful! I'm grateful for such an opportunity to immerse myself in the backcountry and connect with like minded individuals.
