Welcoming and pick up in Quito airport -then transfer to assigned Hotel in Quito 

This day, you´ll get to visit the old town of Quito 

located at 2900 m is one of the highest capitals in the world, 

also a world humanity heritage, grated by UNESCO, the old town is a 500-year-old jem in the Andes of the Americas. 

We start at 8,30 am and drive to El Teleferico, for the cable car, this is our first trek at the altitude, starting at 4000m we trek to its summit at 4790 m

which takes roughly 6 hours there and back. 

right after we return to the assigned hotel. 

We start at 6 am from Quito, the drive to Iliniza National Park is about 2 hours, trek starts from here, to the summit, after 2 hours we have a short stop at the Iliniza refuge for snacks and then we continue to the summit

Iliniza norte hardly ever has snow or glacier, the summit is located at 5112 m and you only need trekking boots, Harness and a Helmet

this is great training for acclimatization 

After reaching the summit, we go out to Andina Huasi lodge near iliniza.

On this day we drive and trek to the refuge Nuevos Horizontes, where we will spend the night, Dinner is served early, and for the rest of the late afternoon we rest and stay in the refuge. 

We depart the refuge, nuevos horizontes at 12 midnight, this is the first climb with crampons and glaciers, the trek to the glacier takes about 2 hours, and from there we climb up the glacier to the summit. 

Right after we return to the refuge for Breakfast and then drive to Andina Huasi lodge for the night. 

After 4 days of activity, we take a small break to rest and recover

WE depart to Cayambe at 11 am, from here the drive is 2.5 hours away, then we have lunch at Cayambe town.

the ride to the national park then is about one hour, after passing the registration, we head to the refuge 

Dinner is served at 5 pm and then rest till midnight for the summit attack

The climb starts at midnight, we try to reach the summit by 6-7 am our specialized guide will lead us through the most accessible paths to the summit, then we will return to the Refuge for breakfast Transfer out – Lodge at Andina huasi for rest and recover

After breakfast we depart for Antisana National park, this is a 3 hour drive to the camp set, it takes longer due to the several controls inside the park for mountaineering

Antisana does not have a refuge, therefor we set up a camp at the Antisana base

Melas: Brekfast - Lunch Dinner 

The summit attack starts from the campsite at midnight, the summit takes about 7 hours to the peak, Antisana has some crevasses on the way which guide will help to identify 

once at the summit, there is some time for pictures at sunrise then we return to t Camp and exit the park to drive  to Riobamba

This is a resting and aclimatization day at 3900,

before Chimborazo

Pick up at lunch time, Transfer to Carpark at 4800 mts, Refuge Carrell after settling in, Dinner is served at 5 pm – Highcamp upgrade available for $55

12pm: start climb to summit

 Summit window - by 6-7.30 am, climb down to Carrell refuge, right after Breakfast, we transfer climbers back from the expedition to Riobamba – End of services
