Truly transformational yoga retreat! Amy and Janet are beautiful, knowledgeable and caring teachers whom have crafted and refined the practice of yoga allowing all students to experience, and taste the nectar! Facilitated in a tranquil, alluring and inspiring location on the island of Lefkada Greece, I will be returning for sure!

I had such a wonderful time (again!) on retreat with Nectar. Every aspect is considered, thoughtful and curated - a delightful and carefree stay in Greece. This was a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating idyllic break. The yoga was (of course) sublime but the energy and joy Amy and Janet both bring to these little bubbles away from reality are what truly make them magical and (apparently) a weeee bit addictive as I've already earmarked my next one!

The serene and beautiful setting looks like something out of Architectural Digest. This is a retreat for those who truly want to unplug, unwind, relax, and reset. The food was a delicious mix of Spanish classics with a healthy twist, all served with great care and love.

Janet & Amy ensure the most caring and warm experience with their retreats! This was my second time with Nectar and I LOVED La Cura and my time with a bunch of wonderful women from all over the world. The yoga gave me time to slow down and connect with my body, and was challenging and the yin & sound bathing was relaxing and restoring. The food was amazing - I don’t usually eat a vegan menu, but it was tasty and plentiful. The surrounds were just dreamy; from the luxury accommodation to the amazing pool and lounging spaces, I felt away from the world, safe and rested. But I think it is the girls themselves and the participants they bring to these retreats which really make them exceptional. Although I came on my own, I certainly didn’t feel lonely. I can’t wait to retreat again with Janet and Amy! Thank you x
