A wonderful retreat! A spectacular venue, lovely people, the best vegetarian food I have ever enjoyed, and - as always on a Nectar retreat - superb instruction from Janet and Amy. Afterwards, I made a commitment to myself that I would travel to at least one Nectar retreat every year. I can think of no better or more fulfilling holiday.

I had the best time at the nectar retreat . Janet and Amy are amazing so grateful to have attended another retreat will be back next year looking forward to it. I would highly recommend Nectar yoga 🧘 retreat to anyone it’s a truly amazing experience.

Such a lovely collection of memories made here—lovely venue, fantastic people, and great food as well! The yoga at the core of this retreat was lead by two amazing ladies who really showed expertise and love with their practice. Girona is a very special location, both the countryside and the old town was full of wonderful exploration possibilities. Can’t wait to go on another retreat with Nectar !

This is my second Nectar Retreat, and it was just as fabulous as the first. Amy and Janet have created a first-class experience from the classes, venue, food and schedule. The Nectar community is a special one and it is the reason I and many ones keep returning. I look forward to my next retreat in 2028. I can speak highly enough of Nectar. Taste the Nectar and attend a retreat today.
