Is your voice longing for release? Step into a safe space where we'll sing, move, meditate and connect as pathways to open our channels and release the innate power of our expression. This immersive, daylong retreat, led by Phoenix Song and Alyssa DeCaro, is an invitation to free your voice, explore sound meditation, and experience the joy of singing and moving in community.
Throughout the day, we’ll journey through practices designed to tune your instrument—your body and breath—while gently clearing your channel for authentic self-expression. Using the power of vocal improvisation, harmony, and rhythm, you'll learn to trust your inner beat and let your voice flow with confidence and ease.
Whether you identify as a "singer" or not, this retreat offers a supportive, playful space to awaken your natural sound, deepen your presence, and reconnect with the music that lives within.
