About this trip

Mountain Medicine for the SOUL-- Join us for a transformational and soul-rejuvenating retreat experience for three nights and four days in the healing mountains of Mount Shasta. Our inspired Retreat Center campus is graced with Nature-inspired buildings and luxury yurts on a 10-acre sanctuary surrounded by a flowing creek and forest. Explore and ground in the inspiring natural energy of Mt. Shasta, a majestic mountain known for its healing energy, surrounded by sacred waters. Feel yourself again, as you take in the views at our natural retreat center setting- a rejuvenation vortex, a peaceful gathering place to relax and soak up the healing power of nature, complete with healing gardens, labyrinth walk, flowing creek with cold plunge, and star gazing spots. We will support each participant to have the chance to reconnect with what they value most.  Attendees will be invited to engage in wellness at every level. Each day will include healthy meals, expertly-sequenced yoga classes, guided meditations, breathing practices, as well as plenty of time to relax, enjoy the hot tub, or to journal. The retreat will include a half-day of guided silent meditation retreat. Prepare for wonderful hiking, swimming, and breathtaking views. Evenings will include restorative yoga, and community building. We are planning a foray to the local hot springs. Retreatants are strongly encouraged to arrive by 4pm Friday, and to stay the full length of the retreat.

What a nourishing, reflective, and inspiring retreat. I am absolutely atonished how much wellness was created on this time we shared together. We had spaciousness for meditation, yoga, ceremony, hiking, swimming/cold plunges, wisdom shared with nourishing food prepared for us each day. I'm so grateful for the beautiful space and teachings from Shakthi.

It was a magical weekend! Such an incredible space, community and food. I felt as if I was able to really expand my practice of meditation because Shakthi and Whitney (and definitely Alex & Kayla as well!) were able to create such a safe and welcoming space. That weekend served as a turning point in my pregnancy, bringing me peace and calm and acceptance. I will look back on it whenever I need inner strength. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
