Numerous Families and Families that travel together with various generations normally have a wide range of ages, needs and expectations. This is what we had in mind when the trip was created.

This package is based on four adults and two kids under 12 years old, traveling together on one quadruple room and one double rooms, sharing transportation and doing all the activities together. The total price per family of six is $7960usd.

Cancellation policies that apply:

- Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival, 25% penalty applies.

- Cancellations made between 44 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty applies. - Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, 75% penalty applies.

- Cancellations made between 14 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% penalty applies.

- Portions of the trip not used or no shows, are non refundable.

Early morning guided walk in the cloud forest. And if your visit is during the months of Feb to April you will be able to easily spot a Resplendant Quetzal because its the matting and nesting season.

Monteverde is not only rich with flora and fauna. This little community was founded in late 1950 by North American Quakers. Your private guide/driver will tell you everything about them and will also guide you through the activity you select which can be: a milk the cow farm tour or typical dance encounter in a local school or the cheese factory. A guided walk by a local quaker is also available for the afternoon.

We had the best time on our trip to Costa Rica. It was the perfect balance between adventure and leisure. We got to experience so much of the country in just 11 days; San Jose, Arenal, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio. July was the perfect time to go. We got rain in the afternoon, but it never felt crowded and it was so incredibly lush. Our guide was knowledgeable and very helpful whenever we needed extra assistance with the wheelchair. I had never booked a trip with a travel company before, and it was the best decision I could have made. They made sure that every detail was taken care of and if I wanted something changed, there was no problem. I never thought I would experience hanging bridges, ziplining, a crocodile cruise, and sloths in the wild, but thanks to Il Viaggio, I got to do it all in one trip!

We had an amazing 7 day trip to Costa Rica in the middle of March. We travelled in a wheel chair friendly van as my sister- in - law is in a wheel chair. Our guide (Martin) and driver (Louis) were exceptional and made travel easy. The highlight of the trip for my sister in law was zip lining and swimming in the ocean with an amphibious wheel chair. It was an amazing experience!
