We are very excited to announce our first ever My1FitLife "Winter" Adventure in Park City, Utah. Park City lies east of Salt Lake City in the western state of Utah. Framed by the craggy Wasatch Range, it’s bordered by the Deer Valley Resort and the huge Park City Mountain Resort, both known for their ski slopes. Utah Olympic Park, to the north, hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics and is now predominantly a training facility. In town, Main Street is lined with buildings built during a 19th-century silver mining boom.
We will have lots of life-changing activities, experiences, and speakers to make this an unforgettable trip! The activities will include your choice of snow-shoeing or dog-sledding. We are very excited to have Kristine Kobza as our special guest speaker. Kris is a world recording holding Masters Powerlifter. She started her powerlifting career late in her 40's, and she now holds numerous world records. Kobza will not only be speaking but also leading a group workout.
Come cozy up by the fire and warm your heart with our incredible community. Find your brave doing something new in someplace incredible. We can't wait to see you there!
