PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration. 

This deposit is non-refundable AND non-transferable. 

Early Bird rate: 

Payment in full 

Late registration rate: 

Final payment in full is due no later than 90 days prior to retreat start date. This applies only to the Retreat Portion of your tuition. 

Late payment fee: 

Any payments made after 30 days prior will be assessed an additional $500 fee.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is strict and firm. 

Cancellations on or before February 15th you forfeit the deposit + 50% of the balance due. . 

If you have paid in full the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.

Cancellations on or after 180 days prior you will forfeit ALL money rendered.

This cancellation policy is strict and firm. We recommend that you purchase cancellation/travel insurance to protect your investment.
