A DAY IN THE LIFE. Start your day off with an energizing yoga class in the resort's aptly named Buddha Pond. Then head to Sam's Social Club for a delicious breakfast or cook one yourself in our group's well-appointed kitchen.
After fueling up, explore one of the several wineries within biking distance of the resort, or head into downtown Calistoga
for some shopping. Feel like lying low? There's always the resort spa
known for its signature mud bath treatment.
Finally, wind down with a slow flow class followed by dinner at one of the many restaurants within walking distance.

With its Olympic-sized mineral pool, full-service spa, and boho chic appeal, the Indian Springs Resort & Spa
is the ideal spot for a yoga retreat in the Napa Valley region. The Resort is centrally located in downtown Calistoga and is a short walk from numerous shops, restaurants, and (most importantly) wineries!
Additionally, Calistoga offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, canoeing, and hot air balloon tours.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Registrants who cancel 90+ days from the departure date will receive a 75% refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Registrants who cancel between 30-89 days of the departure date will receive a 40% refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Registrants who cancel between 0-29 days of the departure date will receive no refund of any kind. The $150 fee for the Sip & Cycle Winery Tour is fully refundable if canceled 15 days or more prior to the departure date.
YOUR RETREAT LEADERS. Julie’s invigorating Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to help students increase their flexibility, strength, and mind/body connection. She takes a holistic approach to her teachings, often integrating aromatherapy, pranyama, and an uplifting soundtrack. Julie completed her 200 hour teacher training with Kim Mandfredi at Charm City Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Last fall she led a retreat in Arizona, which was attended by 14 yogis and yoginis. She's thrilled to embark on a similar adventure in the Napa Valley region with Jess this August.
Jess is a 500hr RYT and the owner of Yoga Heights Studio in Washington, DC. She fell in love with yoga because of the way it took her out of her head and into her body by challenging her to cultivate strength, balance, and stillness. Jess continues to learn, and love, that yoga is many different things to many different people. There is no “right and wrong” in yoga. There are safe and healthy practices that should be respected, but the sky’s the limit. Jess has led yoga retreats in Nicaragua and Western Maryland and is thrilled to co-lead one at the Indian Springs Resort & Spa this summer with Julie.
