One of the most unforgettable ways to experience Hacienda Pinilla’s breathtaking scenery is on horseback. Ride through open pastures, dry forests, and along Langosta Beach as you connect with Costa Rica’s living landscapes — from cattle ranches to coastal ecosystems.

Sample Itinerary:

• 8:15 AM – Meet your guide at the stables. Learn about Hacienda Pinilla’s history and forest ecosystems. Receive your safety briefing and get matched with your horse.

• 8:45 AM – Ride through pastures, tropical dry forest, and finish with a scenic trot along Langosta Beach.

• 10:00 AM – Transition to explore the estate by vehicle and on foot, visiting key areas for wildlife observation and forest interpretation.

• 11:15 AM – Wrap up the tour with birdwatching by the golf course lake or relaxing at one of Hacienda Pinilla’s stunning beaches.

⏱️ Please note: The order of activities may vary depending on horseback riding availability. In some cases, the nature walk and birdwatching may take place before the horseback riding. This will also determine the meeting point and final schedule, which will be coordinated with you in advance.
