Day 1 | February 12

Arrival & Opening Circle

Arrive in Nepal and make your way to our home for the week at Soaltee Westend Resort, Nagarkot.

Take time to settle in, rest, and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings before gathering as a community for our opening evening together.

We'll spend the day exploring ancient Hindu and Tibetan Buddhist sites, including the sacred Pashupatinath Temple and magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, while also exploring temples and sacred traditions connected with Tantra and the Divine Feminine.

Arrival Guide to Nepal and Soaltee Westend Resort Nagarkot

Fly Into Kathmandu, Nepal

Please plan to fly into Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, Nepal. We recommend arriving on February 12 in time for our opening evening gathering.

Upon arrival, you will go through immigration, collect your luggage, and exit the international arrivals area. Most international travelers are eligible for a Tourist Visa on Arrival. We recommend reviewing the current visa requirements before your journey and completing any required forms in advance when possible.

Getting to the Resort

Our home for the pilgrimage is the beautiful Soaltee Westend Resort Nagarkot, located in the peaceful hills of Nagarkot, approximately outside Kathmandu.

Group transportation from Kathmandu to the resort will be arranged for participants. We will provide specific meeting times, pickup details, and transportation instructions closer to the pilgrimage.

We Recommend

  • Arriving in Kathmandu on February 12 or earlier.

  • Ensuring your passport is valid for the required period before travel

  • Checking Nepal's current visa requirements for your nationality

  • Allowing extra time for immigration and baggage claim

  • Having some cash available for airport expenses and visa fees, if applicable

  • Purchasing travel insurance for your journey

A complete Welcome & Travel Guide with recommended arrival times, airport pickup details, visa information, what to pack, weather guidance, currency information, and other important details will be provided to all registered participants before the pilgrimage.
