A weekend that feels like a deep exhale. The kind of weekend where you just arrive and nestle in.
A weekend of seasonal reflection on the shores of Lake Superior. This retreat includes daily yoga and meditation, a sound bath, art, journaling, an on site wood-fired sauna and hot tub, and nourishing meals prepared with care.
This is the retreat for you if you're seeking deep rest, intention-setting, and gentle support before the winter season. All while staying in the beautiful mid-west.
The kind where you wake up with your morning coffee wrapped in a blanket, giggle and snuggle up with your girls, staring out at the lake with nothing pressing to do.
Then you step into a warm, thoughtfully curated yoga class that meets you exactly where you are. No pushing, no pretending. Just your breath, body, and the space to feel how you’re really feeling.
There’ll be time to journal what’s been rising to the surface, soak in the wood-fired sauna or hot tub, eat nourishing meals made with care, and let yourself be.
There’ll be art. There’ll be quiet. There’ll be a room full of women who are just as ready to soften as you are.
This is the kind of self-care that doesn’t mean fixing anything. Just making space to notice, to reflect, to offer yourself compassion. This compassion and stillness will carry you into the new season ahead. Nestling in.
You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s do it together.
