Day 3 of Nourish Your Heart & Soul
Sample itinerary: (please note, daily schedule may shift slightly and will be confirmed upon arrival.)
8am - 9am We will gather daily for a morning (themed) yoga practice, meditation, community and some discussion/journaling on the various elements of earth, water, air and how to re-invite and/or reinvent what Nourishes us... we will aim for balance of practices/movement ( Yin on one day and Gentle Yoga on another) each to support our overall wellness, opening along energetic pathways, releasing stagnation/"stuckness" and inviting a softening and connection to Anahata, our heart chakra. We’ll create a safe space to potentially include community/circle discussion as well as space for self-study and journaling. Each day will include a gentle nourishing yoga practice with asana, pranayama (breath practice,) meditation & mudra all integrated into a theme of nourishment and with connection to the elements of nature (earth, water, air, etc.,)
9:30-10:30am Breakfast
11am-12:30 pm Free time: option to explore surrounding area such as walk in nature, go on a hike, journal outside, relax and read a book outdoors on deck or indoors on couch, soak in hot tub, partake in on the beach, spend time reading and/or journaling, napping
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-6pm Free time
*3pm-4pm Optional late afternoon practice or workshop may be offered on specific days (potential topics include: meditation, insightful practices for self-discovery, and on Monday afternoon, we'll potentially integrate a Cacao Ceremony into our circle, for heart-opening/nourishment, etc.,)
6pm-7pm Dinner
7:30-9pm Evening Relaxation/Restorative practice (such as Restorative Yoga, or Yoga Nidra or Sound Healing, etc.,) On Monday afternoon/evening, we will hold a Full Moon Circle honoring Scorpio and inviting connection to the water element, and its properties of flow, fluidity, transformation, rest, reflection, release and offering deep nourishment.
