About this trip
We are thrilled to offer the NUSHU Mastermind Retreat, an intimate gathering for exceptional thought leaders in the wellness space. Each person has a deep connection to NUSHU and has been selected by Vanessa because of the potency and integrity of their work.
The intention of this retreat is to provide both space for refining our purpose as well as supercharging our plan:
Purpose: Contemplating the deeper questions of purpose and our individual path, and
Plan: Developing actionable and executable ideas for each participant
Our hope is that the exchange of ideas as well as shared connections and resources open up opportunities and catalyze big shifts for each person’s work in the world.
As importantly, this will be a space for adventure, loving exchange, rich conversation, and budding friendships. We can’t wait to step out of our everyday lives, tackle challenging hikes, share stories, and laugh together. We hope this is a chance for those who are often caring for others to receive, recharge and feel supported and nourished themselves.
Retreat Location
Our retreat is set in the foothills of the Pyrenees and surrounded by some of the most beautiful hiking trails in the world.
Can Terrades is the perfect place for you to connect with the environment, the people around you, and most importantly, with yourself.
Spanning over 100 acres of woodland, this breathtaking property boasts 12 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a yoga and fitness barn, spa, infrared sauna facilities, indoor and outdoor dining areas, its own hiking and cycling trails, two pools and much more.
Can Terrades provides an escape to reflect, reset, and restore. It's a half an hour from the French border and only a short 10 minute drive from the historic medieval town of Besalú.
What You'll Experience
Programming begins with dinner on Wednesday evening and concludes with breakfast on Sunday. Check-in is at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, and check-out is at 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 23, 2022.

What will the food be like? Will you be able to cater to dietary restrictions?
We will be offering vegetarian, pescatarian, and omnivore food options. All ingredients will be organic, locally sourced, and free of refined sugar and chemicals. We will provide:
- 4 Breakfasts
- 3 Lunches
- 3 Dinner*
- Fresh snacks and beverages available daily
*Please note we’ll be visiting one local restaurant for a dinner in town.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel prior to the September 1, 2022, payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your balance. However, please note the deposit and any past payments will not be refundable. Should you need to cancel on or after September 1, 2022, your payments will not be refundable.
If your plans change and you need to cancel, we will do our best to sell your spot to someone else. If we’re able to, we will refund your payments. If we’re unable to sell your spot, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund.
