Sample Schedule 

• 7:30 AM – Morning Surf Session *Surf times are tide dependent and can vary based on tides

• 9:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast

• 10:00 AM – Free Time (massage, beach, additional surf, or optional excursions)

• 1:00 PM – Lunch / Siesta

• 3:30 PM – Surf-Focused Yoga / Breathwork / Cross-Training

• 5:30 PM – Sunset Beach Bonfire or Additional Sunset Surf

• 7:00 PM – Chef-Prepared Dinner

• 8:00 PM – Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ

Roundtrip Airport Transport Terms and Conditions: 

*Airport Pickup Times included in the retreat package are on Saturday, January 24 at:  2:00 pm & 5:00 pm           

 *Airport dropoff time included in your package will have you dropped off at the airport in Managua at 11:00am    

** If arriving outside of our organized pickup times we are happy to organize private transport for you at any time,  the prices per vehicle/one way are the following: 

• 1-2 persons:   $130 for taxi sedan  

• 3-5 people:   $150 for micro bus   

• 6-10 People:   $170 for micro bus 

**in the event of flight delay or cancellation that would cause you to miss your transport, the guest is responsible for covering the cost of the change transport. 

Flight Cancellation and Delay Policies: 

We strongly encourage you to have travel insurance to cover any delays or cancellations during your journey to Amaru. This ensures you are not responsible for the fees charged by the private transport company for any delays.

Our transport company requires a 5-hour advance notice if your flight is canceled or changed to avoid making the journey from Chinandega unnecessarily. If the driver arrives at the airport and then has to return due to a flight cancellation, you will incur the charge for the missed transport.

Recommendations:

• Keep all receipts for travel insurance compensation during any flight changes.

Fees:

1. Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed for more than 2-4 hours, an additional $20 fee will be charged to your bill at Amaru.

2. Flight Cancellations: If your flight is canceled and rescheduled for the following day, you will incur the fee for the missed transport as well as the new one arranged for the next day.

3-4pm: Yoga and Meditation classes

8pm-10pm: Game nights, local events, movie nights, ect.

10pm: Quiet hours
