Oktoberfest Beer Lover's 2025: Experience Bavaria’s beautiful Franconian region and the baroque city of Bamberg. Once in Bamberg, you’ll sleep inside a working brewery for three nights. In Bamberg we enjoy a walking tour of the city and several of the 9 local breweries, including a meal at Schlenkerla, known for its “Rauchbier.”   In Munich, we have a walkign history tour and two reservations in the Augustiner Festzelt – one on Sunday evening and a daytime reservation the next day. Lodging at Hotel Alter Wirt in Grünwald – Munich’s first organic hotel!
