Reviews

JORGE at Cizunel Marine World was responsive and wo derful setting it all up. And CAROL was the greatest and most patient dive instructor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CMW FOR ANYONE GOING TO COZUMEL TO DIVE OR TO GET CERTIFIED. We stayed in the hotel across the foot bridge Casa Del Mar and is males it simple and very convenient. All good. Nice clean place with a great pool and swim up bar. 5 stars for the whole package!

The lack of organization impacted our overall experience. Our names were not reserved for the day, but they quickly got us a boat. We paid for the park with a card, and then they texted us to pay cash. There was no one to receive the BCD, and they texted us saying they couldn't find it—a disorganized dive operator.

Since your arrival, we have apologized for the problems with our booking page and explained that it was undergoing maintenance, which is why it was difficult to view your booking and payment, but we have not failed to meet all your needs, including going out for the night dive with fewer clients. The marine park fee is expressly stated on our website that it must be paid in cash, and the equipment rental fee must be paid until the check-out. We had to call you to come and pay for the equipment rental when you should have delivered the equipment, but you didn't hand it to us as you were given, you simply left it in the hotel lockers.
