B/SPOKE is hosting its second OUT OF STUDIO retreat in the AZORES ISLANDS OF PORTUGAL.

We had such an amazing experience & group participate in our first retreat in Guatemala that we are thrilled to plan our next OUT OF STUDIO experience & adventure. Join us for 5 nights / 6 days of unforgettable excursions, countless adventures, 4-star beachfront accommodations, and daily TRAIN X and YOGA classes.

The Azores are a magical volcanic land, full of natural, raw beauty, a temperate climate and outdoor activities. Truly an adventure lover's paradise, and just under 5 hours from Boston, these islands are known as the "Hawaii of the mid-atlantic" and are not to be missed! 

We will be staying on the "Green Island" of Sao Miguel, home to vibrant blue volcanic lakes,  black sand beaches, lush natural preserves, and panoramic cliffs.  Our days will include hikes to some of the most stunning vistas on the island, soaks in natural hot springs, and exploration of neighboring towns and beaches.  

Daily TRAIN X and YOGA classes will be offered, as well as plenty of time for relaxation amongst the property of our oceanfront, 4-star eco-beach resort. All meals (with the exception of 2 lunches) are included, and will be nourishing, fresh, and delicious, so that you can get a true taste of Azorean fare. 

A €500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on this retreat. The balance is due 120 days prior to departure. As of TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, 2021, B/SPOKE is requiring ONE-TIME proof of FULL vaccination for anyone teaching, working or taking class at all INDOOR studios and operations. As part of this OUT OF STUDIO retreat, B/SPOKE will also be requiring ONE-TIME proof of FULL vaccination for anyone leading, attending or participating in OUT OF STUDIO. Upon booking, B/SPOKE will ask that all participants email a photo of their vaccination card to vax@bspokestudios.com. Please know that all emails and paperwork will NOT be stored after processing. We appreciate your support as we work hard to prioritize the health + safety of each and every person joining the retreat, especially while traveling + spending significant time together both indoors and outdoors.

All retreats include a €500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:

1. The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.
2. The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.
3. The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.

If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less Euro 200.

If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel this trip for any of the above reasons, registrants who applied their travel voucher to their registration will receive a full refund of all their additional deposits paid.

The purchase of travel insurance is required for this trip. Most policies protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. The travel insurance will also demonstrate to the host country that you are able to pay for any emergency services which may be necessary during your stay.

SolSeed is not authorized to sell travel insurance. Any offer to purchase travel insurance that you encounter during the checkout process are third party offers. You are free to select your own policy provider. If you would like to review options in a convenient online marketplace, we like what has put together. We have also heard very good things about AAA from AAA Members who have purchased their travel insurance through AAA. 

We strongly encourage you to speak with a travel insurance agent to discuss your specific coverage needs, and to clear up any questions you may have related to travel insurance coverage, including questions about COVID-19. 

You must have a valid passport to travel to the Azores. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 3 months after the end date of your retreat. 

SolSeed is uncertain exactly what the VISA and Immunization requirements may be at the time of your retreat. As of April 1, 2021, in the autonomous region of the Azores, US Tourists have been allowed to visit by presenting a negative RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 test taken within the previous 72 hours. If you refuse to comply with the laws of the host country, region, town, etc; SolSeed will not consider this a valid reason for receiving any refund. SolSeed will ensure to the best of their abilities that all registrants comply with all the current laws and regulations.

Registrants are personally responsible for complying to local laws, at their own expense. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to:

1. Proving adequate vaccination status
2. Providing a negative PCR test(s)
3. Showing proof of travel insurance

You will be booking flights on SATA (Azores Air). They are the only airline that flies direct from Boston to the Azores. 

If you are planning to fly out of a different airport, you will want to connect through Boston and take advantage of the direct flight listed below.

3) Enter departure date as Friday, May 27th (yes, this is correct - the flight is a red-eye so you leave Friday night and arrive in the Azores early on the morning of Saturday, May 28th, the start date of your retreat)

If you book flights outside of our parameters, you will be responsible for paying for your own airport transfer (20 - 25 EURO each way).
