• The service includes one (1) standard-size suitcase of up to 23 kg and one (1) carry-on item per person.

• Any additional or oversized luggage must be notified in advance, as it may incur extra charges.

• Unaccompanied luggage is not accepted.

• In case of flight delays or cancellations, it is important to notify our Duty Manager immediately at: +507 6981-4549.

• Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

• If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours in advance during business hours, a 100% refund will be issued.

• A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required to request or modify a service.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours, or without prior notice, will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

• The waiting time for hotel-to-airport transfers is 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
