non- transferable. This is because Flying Angels Travels has contractual agreements with

hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we

can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for

your vacation.  All payments and deposits  are non-refundable. But if you purchased Travel Insurance you can put in a claim, WHICH MUST MEET THE QUALIFYING REASON WITH YOUR SELECTED INSURANCE POLICY.  

Required: Spelling of names, including middle name or initial, must exactly match your government-issued ID.  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper

travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to

determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid

at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in

the passport for stamping purposes. All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least two (2) blank pages.  A VISA IS NOT REQUIRED IN DUBAI FOR US CITIZENS!

Name changes  be accepted up until FORTY-FIVE (45) days prior to departure, but are subject to the provisions of our airline partners. Name changes requested after travel documents are issued will be assessed a $200.00 per person name change fee.
