Your day begins with morning yoga followed by a delicious, nourishing breakfast with local coffee and fresh fruit. Each day you'll enjoy a group excursion or free time (or both!) with lunch served mid-day. Days will wrap up with afternoon/evening yoga, dinner, and group gatherings and workshops. All meals and activities are optional to make this retreat exactly what you're needing. Feel free to wander to the nearby town, nap, or explore at your leisure in place of scheduled group activities.
