It was fantastic! The guide Juan Carlos was so knowledgeable about the culture! Also, helped us manage our pace in the trail. Even the food was great (a pleasant surprise!)

They accidentally overbooked, and still charged us a $40 fee even though they made a reservation mistake. Be careful with your money here

The Classic Inca Trail 4 Days/3 Nights was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded expectations. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was outstanding – he shared his deep knowledge of Inca history and culture in such a passionate and engaging way, while also being attentive and supportive to every member of our group. His enthusiasm made each day even more special. The porters were absolutely amazing and deserve so much recognition. Their hard work, kindness, and dedication made the whole trek possible. They carried everything with incredible strength and speed, set up camp flawlessly, and always greeted us with warm smiles. The level of care and effort from the entire team made us feel comfortable, motivated, and grateful throughout the journey. Reaching Machu Picchu at the end was unforgettable, but what truly stood out was the journey itself – filled with breathtaking views, delicious meals, and the remarkable support of the guide and porters. I cannot recommend this trek highly enough for anyone who loves adventure and wants an authentic, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

This is an experience to tick off the bucket list !! We started the trail early in the morning after being collected at our hotel by our guide Juan Carlos and the porters . Juan Carlos is a fantastic guide who is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the inca trail and fhe history surrounding it . He was relaxed and allowed us to travel the trail at our own pace ! Which in the end was quite fast . I had never even hiked before let alone do 4 days at such high altitude but Juan. Carlos helped me through the harder parts and it was great !! The porters and chef were also superheroes making our trail more comfortable. We never had the same meal twice and the porters made sure we were comfortable all the time !! If you wanna see or do the inca trail I suggest doing it with this company as the group is smaller and you dont need to wait for people to catch up . We were fhe first group to arrive at machu picchu and once again Juan Carlos guided us and informed us professionally and patiently!! A great experience!!
