About your trip

4th Annual!

Please join us for sunrise meditations on the red rocks, daily yoga, trips to the river, breathwork, vortexes, pancakes, hot tub, time under the stars, community, and whatever magic arises.

This retreat is a time for us to be together. This may be a chance to be  with people you have known for a long time. It may be a first meeting in person with those you have only known online. Or it may be a sacred landing place with loving souls that you have never met before. Whatever the case, we are family. You get to play, relax, connect, receive, heal, grow, and imagine. When we put ourselves in these spaces, magic and grace unfold in beautiful ways.

Each day, we will do a variety of practices for healing and living. You can participate in any of them that you would like. These practices are valuable for times when you need healing or have something big to overcome. They are also valuable as a way of living and being together. They help us open our hearts to love and gratitude. They help us grow - in the world and in spirituality. And they help us relax into safety, stability, and the goodness that is here.

You will all be together in a beautiful shared house. If enough people are interested, we may also get a second house on the same property. It would be wonderful if we are able to do that, as it gives even more group space. Whether one house or two, staying together is such a sweet way to be. There are rooms for individuals, rooms for couples, and the options to treat yourself to a private room or space. There are shared spaces to relax and hang out together, a pool, hot tub, and truly magical food will be prepared for you. We will also build the most excellent art table.

This retreat will be for those who have been a port of my classes and groups, for their families or friends, and for my friends who want to come enjoy. It is a chance for us to get together. Dolly gets to come, too! This is also a wonderful way to experience Sedona and to deepen your spiritual connection. Breathwork, meditation, and yoga will all be supported and empowered by the vortexes, red rocks, and stars.

For some of you, this may be your first retreat. For everyone, it is a time to rest after whatever you have been through. Recover from challenges, celebrate the progress and joys, and rededicate yourself to life. Whatever the state of your heart, it is so important to take these times for yourself and so good to have these times together.

So much healing and growth comes through stepping out of your familiar and living in community for a few days. It may feel like a leap to spend time and money on yourself. But, when you make the journey of going on a retreat, you open yourself to grace. Repair comes, magic comes, growth comes. And you communicate to the universe that you are ready to live in more goodness and service. You may have experiences of inner and outer connection that you have never experienced before. Space will be held in a way that allows the healing to go deep and also supports a casual reconnection to life.

Please take a moment to consider this possibility, share to any friends or family you'd want to bring, and plant the seeds in your mind. If you would like to do it, please make your initial deposit as soon as you can. This will help you get your desired space and it will also give me a sense of if we have enough people to get the second house.

Accomodations and Prices

Your price for the retreat depends on the accommodations you choose. Prices include the room of your choice, beautiful daily meals, and all retreat circles and classes. In addition to the space you choose, there is also shared living room, meditation room, lounge, pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. There are also some yoga mats and blocks.

I have kept the prices as low as possible. This is actually the cheapest way to see Sedona as hotels are quite expensive. Anyone who wants to can contribute extra money to help others. Please let me know if you would like to give or receive financial support.

Pay as soon as your are able, because this will help me know if we need to rent the additional house. this site provides an option to save processing fees by using a routing number, and allows you to make payments over the next few months. Please only use other payment methods if you are able to pay in full. If you choose to pay in full via another method, send me an email to let me know. Payment in full is due by the start of the retreat.

Check-In and Check-out and Travel

Check-in opens on Thursday, August 15 at 4:00 pm

Check-out is Monday, August 19 by 11:00 am

Sedona is about 2 hours from the Phoenix airport. Flagstaff airport is closer, but may be more expensive to fly into. There are shuttle services from Phoenix to Sedona or you can rent a car, or some may choose to drive from where they are. When we go on hikes and to the river, we will share the cars of whoever is willing to drive.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and some snacks will be provided.
Food will be clean, healthy, and nourishing.
Meals will be prepared in a way where you will be able to eat vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. Those who want to add meat, egg, or dairy can do so. There will be a few meals with meat/fish and there will be bacon and eggs in the mornings. We will do our best to accommodate special needs. However, if you need to eat more meat than is provided or need many accommodations,, you may need to contribute some - please let me know your needs and we will see if we can accommodate.

Everyone is asked to contribute a favorite box of tea to share with the group.

Family Contributions

Part of the beauty that will arise in this retreat is from the presence of each unique person. You may be someone who really helps the art table. Or someone who brings us special homemade bread. You may have a poem to read, a song to share, or a favorite game. Please know that just you being there is your contribution. And if there is something more that you would like to share, please let me know.

This will likely be a hot time of year and very beautiful. It's good to know that Sedona has a higher elevation and is cooler than Phoenix. Probably high 80's F and low to mid 90's F. We will arrange our schedule mostly around the heat, going out early or in the afternoon. Maybe we will be lucky and get a well-timed monsoon! You can make your personal choices as to what to participate in.
