Hedonism Transfers

Both trips were ok. One of the drivers would go really fast. Except for that, both of them have been very respectful. 

A great trip even after the storm damage. Everyone was friendly and glad to have us there.

We had a wonderful experience, even thought it was in the middle of Hurricane Melissa. The staff was wonderful and very attentive.  They made sure each and every guest felt comfortable and was at ease.  Thank you for your courtesy and generosity. Will definitely be back soon. 

Booked transfer from Hotel in Montego Bay to hotel in Negril.  Collected right on time, comfortable car (with AC) and our driver was just lovely , kept checking we were comfortable. Just perfect - thanks and thoughts with you as you rebuild after Melissa.

Our driver was very professional,  got us to the resort safely and provided us some information and history about the country on the way. Our experience with this airport to hotel car transfer was excellent. The whole process was very easy to use, from booking to pick-up. The drivers were professional, polite, and made us feel comfortable right away. Everything was on time and stress-free, which made our travel much smoother. We would definitely use this company again for future trips and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable transportation.

The issue with the trip was the driver had a religious talk show on the radio that was discussing and playing audio from social media of a young woman who hung herself earlier in the week. This was on for the entire trip from the airport to Negril. While I recognize suicide is an important issue for communities to address, I'm not sure it was appropriate for a business driving tourists just starting their vacations.

Everything went smoothly. Cassandra emails consistently provided updates and quickly responded to questions. I had the pleasure of meeting Cornell who was an exceptional driver! He very professional, and very courteous throughout the ride. The trip was smooth, comfortable, and although a long drive, Cornell made sure to keep me entertained during my trip to Ocho Rios. His friendly demeanor really made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Cornell and look forward to riding with him again.

(OW) SHUTTLE TRANSFERS FROM MONTEGO BAY AIRPORT

Pick up and drop off on time. I have no complains. My ride to the hotel and back ware great. Very clean cars, nice drivers, vans ran great with air-condition. I was very impressed with the second pick up. Excellent drivers and staff, on-time service, well-maintained vehicles, clear communication, and helpful customer service. I will use again. Highly recommend. 

The road between Montego Bay and Negril is awful, it really pays to hire a driver and he was wonderful!

Holiday Services delivered a prompt and efficent transfer from Montego Bay as 7sual.

Fantastic Girls Trip. The transportation was ready and waiting for us. Drop off and pick up with no delays. Always friendly and professional staff. Clean air conditioned vehicle. Hedonism II was amazing as usual, from the bellmen, front desk staff, Club Hedo staff, reservation staff EC was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping and everyone in between were amazing! Can’t wait to return 

It's Hedo! So of course it was wild! Thanks Holiday Services for the prompt pickup and transfer to and from the airport!

Not a good experience: they forgot to pick me up at Montigo Bay airtport for the tranfer to Hedonism 2 and I had to pay a private taxi. 
Also for the transfer service from Hedonism 2 to Montigo Bay the driver arrived 45' later compared to what was planned



Wonderful people but the first day he said we were leaving in 25 minutes we didn’t leave for nearly 2 hours. 

This transfer service was excellent. It was easy to book online, the staff was great at the airport and the drivers were great guides on the trip to Negril. They were right on time to pick us up for the return trip to the airport

We had a great service, wonderful driver and vehicle.


Disappointed in the time it took us to get to our destination from airport.  We didn’t realize that everyone in the van was going to a different destination otherwise we would have booked private travel. Took us 3 hours to get to Negril from airport due to the constant stops for other passengers. 

We had a great trip, wonderful people, amazing drivers like Andre made it a memorable experience. 

The drivers were awesome! The only issue I had was with with the young lady at the desk, she was rather rude. Other than that I would definitely recommend the service!!

Reserved a private car for me and my girlfriend. The vehicle was clean and roomy. AC was pumping and driver was great to talk to. Showed up on time when we had to go back to the airport and got us there on record time..

The driver was very friendly,  good communication skills. We had a great time with him. The driver did excellent. Only the highest work rating for him!

For a shared travel transfer it is a great service

On my return pickup it was a misunderstanding along with bad communication on where I was staying. The young lady at the desk wrote that I was staying at the hotel Ocean Eden Bay in which I was staying on the same street in Coral Spring Village. However on my departure pickup the shuttle driver Virgo, who works for Holiday Services who is very unprofessional and a rude individual who blatantly refused to pick me up from where I was staying just left me and said he had 20 other persons to get to the airport. However I spoke with Omar concerning the situation. He tried to call Virgo several times for him to turn around and get me but Virgo refused. In which I feel he needs to be fired from Holiday Services as a worker. Omar tried to find a driver to pick me up but unfortunately he couldn't. Therefore I had a personal driver who I had to pay to take me to the airport. Luckily he was available and I made it to the airport to catch my flight. Omar did  refund me half of the money because he couldn't get another driver. But this is not the only time I've had issues with this company. I'm glad Omar refunded my money but however in the near future I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY WHILE TRAVELING IN JAMAICA!! 

(RT) SHUTTLE TRANSFERS FROM MONTEGO BAY AIRPORT

Had a great time! Staff was friendly and my drivers got me back and forth from Negril and Montego Bay safely. 

Good experience. Got us to the resort to start our vacation and got us back for the flight.

The trip was too long and involved multiple stops. The driver waited 45 minutes before starting the journey, leaving us trapped in a small minivan. They didn’t inform us that we would stop at five different resorts before reaching our destination. As a result, I had to call to upgrade our return trip because the journey to our resort was long and extremely uncomfortable. On the other hand, the return trip was perfect. The driver arrived on time and the ride was very smooth. 

Both drivers to and from the airport were amazing. I will absolutely use this service in the future. 

Driver showed up on time and was professional.    An older vehicle but the AC ran great.  We will use them again for our next trip to Montego Bay.  

Amazing service, very accommodating changing our pick up given our flight change.   Extremely friendly and courteous driver!
