We had an amazing trip, Agostina was amazing at putting together our itinerary and coping with all my anxieties and questions. She was there to help when we had a small hotel hiccup and solved it quickly. Martin our driver was fabulous. He knew so much about the country and wildlife, so much more than just a driver. The activities were perfect for us. Travelling with a wheelchair and reduced mobility was made so much easier with the experience of Il Viaggio.

I had a fantastic experience on this trip of a lifetime! It was both relaxing and exciting. The hotels were lovely and unique. The food was some of the most wholesome I have ever eaten. The people were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. As a person with a visual disability, I especially appreciated the chance to travel to such an interesting place. Thank you, Il Viaggio for this wonderful opportunity!

We had a wonderful time on the rafting tour. Our guides were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. We enjoyed getting to know them during our tour. They were able to point out many wild creatures along the river (including several large troops of howler monkeys) as well as guiding us through the fun rapids. The accessibility accommodations were great and made it possible for us to participate in this activity. We also appreciated the helpful communications from the organizer, who made it very easy to plan this activity and gave us all the information we needed. Very happy with this service!

We have just returned back to the UK from a 7 night trip. What an incredible experience.
il Viaggio Travel - 100% recommend using this company for your guided tour / driver. They specialise in accessible travel ♿️ Booking with il Viaggio took the stress away and they organised everything. All of our transportation (10 seater minibus), hotels, trips/tours and restaurants were planned for us. From being collected from the airport, to being dropped at our final destination of the holiday, Emmanuel (driver/guide) stayed with us from start to finish. He was friendly, kind and so knowledgeable about his country and wildlife. We wouldn’t have spotted much without him, he is like a walking encyclopedia.
We were lucky enough to see 2/3 toe sloths, viper snakes, leaf ants, howler monkeys, dart frogs, toucans, owls, iguanas, Jesus Christ lizards, and lots more.
We spent the last 3 days relaxing at margaritaville as that’s what suited us best after 4 jam packed days. The sunsets on playa flamingo beach are stunning! All of the hotel staff were amazing, plenty of sun beds etc and the choice of food and drink was great. Short walk to bars / restaurants and small marina where we saw sting rays.
