Once inside the National Park, we walk towards the refuge that is at 4800 m, here we will rest a bit to fill our energy.

Once this is done, walk a little further until you reach the glaciers, a total altitude of 5000 m. On the way back, we will stop at the refuge to take our well-deserved lunch, followed by a descent to the lagoon of Limpiopungo. 

We will return to the parking lot and take our way back to Quito.

The climate of Cotopaxi is unpredictable, so it was carried out the warm clothes with you.

The tour starts from our meeting point located in Quito at Juan León Mera and Foch streets in front of the Magic Bean restaurant.

We travel along the avenue of volcanoes to the Cotopaxi National Park.

Once in the park, we went up to the lower part of the Cotopaxi volcano.

We walk approximately one hour to the refuge located at an altitude of 4897 m. We will have a rest, then we will go up to the lower part of the glacier located at 5000m.

We make the descent to the parking lot to listen to the guide's instructions.

We will take our bike and make the descent to the Laguna de Limpiopungo. (Perform the descent by bicycle is optional)

After all these activities full of adrenaline we will have our lunch and return to Quito.
