Day 1: Arrive in Da Nang and transfer to our beautiful retreat home in Hoi An. Settle in a take a moment to breathe it all in. Check in to your room at 2:00 pm. At 3:00 pm we will kick off with a welcoming session and powerful practice. In the evening with will have a welcome dinned followed by a magical walk through Hoi An's Ancient town as the lanterns begin to glow. We'll release a floating lantern on the Thu Bon River, a local tradition and set the intention for the retreat.
Day 2: We will rise with the sun, walking through the rice fields, sip on delicious Vietnamese coffee and move into an invigorating yoga practice & discussion. We will venture into the country side to a cultural experience. Our local guide and friend, Quynh will be with us every step of the way sharing traditions. We have built in enough time to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Our days will finish with the healing vibration of singing bowls, that are not only heard, but felt deep in our bodies to help release physical tension in the muscles and restore a sense of balance an harmony within the body.
Day 3: An energizing yoga practice focusing on strength and purpose.
We will hop on bicycles for a scenic ride through the countryside and emerald rice paddies. We will have lunch at a historic landmark before coming back to our retreat villa for discussion and free time. Our final sunset and yoga session we will move mindfully, celebrating our shared experiences and the growth we've found. We will share a farewell dinner with great food and conversation.
Day 4: Our final, heart-opening yoga practice will seal our journey with gratitude. We will have a late brunch, sharing reflections and memories before our departure.
