Join us for a 35-hour immersion designed to deepen your practice and enhance your teaching skills. At Nu School, we aim to amplify your unique voice and help you embrace your true self as a teacher. This training focuses on developing observational skills to identify movement patterns and postural habits that enable your students to optimize their practice and experience greater clarity and strength.
You will learn to integrate modern movement methodologies with classical yoga asana to guide students effectively through articulate cueing techniques and verbal feedback.
By the end of Re-Patterning, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of your own body and the diverse movement patterns of others, equipped with practical tools to elevate your teaching. Our goal is to empower you to see, teach, and inspire with confidence, all while sounding authentically like you.
