What: Join Jared McCann, Rebecca Causey and Allison Sloan for a week of sacred practices from yoga asana + pranayama, to meditation + mantra, energy work, astrology and more. 

All practices will assist us in recentering within the self after enduring 2 years of great upheaval and change in the world. Guests will leave this retreat feeling recharged and refreshed, with the tools to continue deepening their connection to self. All levels of practitioner are welcome. No prior experience needed in the various modalities offered— just a willingness to try.

We are happy to do this work together at Cocoon, a beautiful 275 acre farmhouse retreat off the coast of Southern Portugal. The bedrooms are bright white and warmly serene. The grounds are extensive and complete with a pristine freshwater lake, cozy hammocks, indoor and outdoor yoga shalas with manduka mats + high quality straps, blankets and blocks. Peacocks, goats, and other furry creatures live happily on the farm, which is also situated just 15 minutes drive from the Atlantic coast where you can find beautiful, untouched beaches perfect for hiking, swimming and sunbathing. All meals are included and prepared by an on-site chef. Food is farm-to-table, either from Cocoon’s own garden or neighboring farms. All meals are vegetarian with the exception of 1 meal per week, and we are happy to support other dietary needs.

Due to our close proximity to beautiful neighboring towns and beaches, Cocoon encourages guests to team up in groups of 3-4 and rent cars. This will allow for easy and more cost effective transportation to and from Lisbon airport and also will allow guests to explore and enjoy the surrounding areas once at Cocoon. When you sign up, let Rebecca know if you would like to be a driver or rider in on of the rental cars. Alternatively, the Redo Expressos Bus is another option to take from Lisbon Airport to a location near Cocoon and a driver can be arranged from there.

• $500 deposit is absolutely non-refundable or transferrable.
• Early Bird Full Payment is due in Full December 15th
• Regular Rate Payment is due in Full February 15th (or upon sign up if after Feb 15th).
• Cancellation is refundable through Dec 30th (minus $500 non-refundable deposit). After December 30th, all payments are absolutely non-refundable for any reason. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• We ask that all participants take an antigen or PRC test within 72 hours prior to arrival at Cocoon.
• *Double rooms can be made up as two twin beds or combined into one double bed
