Join us for a whole day devoted to the art of relaxing. Do you feel like you are a person who has trouble relaxing? You're not alone. Most us spend our lives reacting to the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response). This day is designed to help you get acquainted with your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
We will start the day with Lizzy guiding us through a gentle Yoga practice, followed by a tea meditation by Jade of WAO tea. Following tea we'll gather for a cozy lunch and enjoy a nice walk on the beach. The day wraps up with some Yoga Nidra and guided reflection on your current relaxation techniques.
