Here's a sample of what a day on the retreat will look like:
8:15-8:30am-Morning Meditation and Breathwork
8:30-9:30am- Vigorous Movement class (Mobility, Bodyweight Strength, Core)
10:30-11:30am-Nourishing and DELICIOUS Brunch.
Noon-1:00pm-3:30pm- Free Time/Rest/Optional Spa Treatments
-Time to nap, journal, read, enjoy the pool, walk the gardens, bike ride
3:30-6:30pm-Afternoon excursion or Workshop (examples)
-Hiking or beach walk
-Visit local town for culinary/wine tours and markets
-creative workshops
-NSDR- (Non-sleep deep rest) class
-Surfing?!
