8:00-8:30am-Morning Meditation and Breathwork
8:30-9:30am-Nourishing and Delicious Breakfast
10-11:00am-Movement class (Mobility, Bodyweight Strength, Core)
12:00-1:00pm Light Lunch
1:00-3:30pm- Free Time/Rest/Optional Spa Treatments
-Time to nap, journal, read, enjoy the pool, walk the gardens, bike ride
3:30-6:30pm-Afternoon excursion or Workshop (examples)
-Nature hike or beach walk
-Visit local town for culinary/wine tours and markets
