Embark on an incredibly scenic hike through a glacially carved mountain canyon to a backcountry reservoir, where you'll float on ultralight packrafts and relax for a few hours before returning to the trailhead. This mild, 8.5 mi, out and back, hike in the Bitterroot Mountains has 1000 ft of elevation gain without any portions of steep hiking. Just beautiful views the entire way! All packrafting rental gear, snacks, and hot beverages included with each ticket.
This trip is great for any able-bodied traveler, but those expecting to move at a quick pace or slow pace should book a private excursion! Expect a moderate amount of elevation gain, (at least 1000 ft) occasional obstacles like fallen trees and creeks to cross along the way. Your feet may get wet!
The weather is tough to predict and conditions will vary from the forecast. Bring warm layers and rain jackets/ponchos!
