We will embark on a private tour of the Reptile Discovery Center in Deland, Florida. During this unique program, we will learn about a variety of reptile species of on an outdoor nature trail walk. We will be able to pet giant tortoises, box turtles, see lizards, alligators and more. Next, we move indoors to the discovery center’s Serpentarium to learn about some of the most dangerous and exotic snakes in the world. Our program ends with a live venom extraction program and will learn how anti-venom is used in medicine and research. Don’t worry! We will be separated by glass. Afterwards, we will have lunch and social time at the picnic area so please bring your lunches and join us!
