Booking a retreat venue you’ve only seen in photos is stressful. We built this inaugural Signature Journey specifically for current and aspiring retreat leaders, wellness facilitators, and studio owners to experience Vajra Jahra firsthand before committing their own communities.

For six days and five nights, you will step into the guest journey: sleep in private luxury villas, taste our chef-curated menus, hike to private waterfalls, and experience our on-site logistics team in action. You will leave rested, connected with other collaborative hosts, and confident in bringing your people back to Costa Rica.

Day 1: Arrive & Exhale

Arrive in Costa Rica, board your scenic domestic charter to Quepos, and transfer into the Diamante Valley sanctuary. Settle into your private villa and meet fellow hosts over a welcoming family-style dinner.

Day 2: The Guest Journey & Waterfall Immersion

Experience our morning movement flow, sample farm-to-table breakfast, and hike into private jungle waterfall trails. Afternoon venue walkthrough and property Q&A.

Day 3: Deep Restoration & Logistics Breakdown

Enjoy a restorative massage, cold plunge, and sauna sessions. Casual roundtable with our strategist: "How to price, position, and sell out your retreat."

Day 4: Culture, Content & Coastal Excursion

Visit local artisan markets and beaches. Dedicated free time to capture video, photo, and promotional content across the property. Evening sound bath.

Day 5: Celebration & Collaboration

A joyful day of shared movement, downtime by the pool, and cross-collaboration discussions. Celebrate with an elevated multi-course farewell dinner.

Day 6: Return Ready to Host

Final reflection breakfast, closing circle, and private charter transfer back to SJO with your $1,000 retreat credit secured.

Guests who attend this Signature Journey and later contract a group retreat at Vajra Jahra will receive a $1,000 USD credit applied directly to their master booking invoice. Credit is valid for 18 months, applies to standard retreat minimums, and is nontransferable.

• Strictly limited to 11 guests to preserve intimacy and high-touch host mentorship.

• Deposit: Reserve your private villa with a $500 non-refundable deposit; balance scheduled in simple installments.

• Flights: Please wait to book international flights to SJO until trip minimum (6 guests) is formally confirmed.

All payments for this retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because this is a small-group retreat with limited space, your registration reserves your spot and allows us to make advance commitments for lodging, meals, transportation, facilitators, excursions, and other retreat expenses. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, travel delays, flight cancellations, weather, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage that offers Cancel For Any Reason protection, as soon as possible after booking. Cancel For Any Reason coverage is typically time-sensitive and may need to be purchased shortly after your initial payment.

It is each participant’s responsibility to review policy terms carefully and choose coverage that protects their investment in the retreat, flights, transportation, and any other travel-related expenses.

If the retreat must be canceled by the host due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate available options at that time. The host is not responsible for reimbursement of airfare, travel costs, or other expenses incurred outside of the retreat package.
