The Reset & Rise Retreat is a weekend wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and restore your nervous system while enjoying movement and time outdoors.
Blending yoga, breathwork, and nature, this retreat offers a balance of energizing experiences and intentional rest so you can leave feeling grounded and empowered.
Your weekend begins Friday evening with a welcoming circle, gentle movement, and a shared chef-prepared dinner. This is a chance to arrive, settle in, and connect.
On Saturday, you will start your day in the mountains with a guided hike, followed by an optional short strength circuit session for those who want a little extra movement. The day continues with a nervous system workshop, time to rest, and a signature Reset and Restore experience. This afternoon session blends gentle movement, deep stretch, and guided rest to help you fully unwind.
Sunday is focused on integration, giving you space to reflect, reset your rhythm, and carry what you have experienced back into your everyday life.
