About this trip

Step away from the demands of everyday life and settle into a weekend intentionally designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and restore your body.

Surrounded by the beauty of nature on a private lake, you'll find space to slow down, breathe more deeply, and release the layers of tension that quietly accumulate through the busyness of daily life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, physically tight, or simply in need of rest, this retreat offers exactly what your body & mind have been craving.

We will be staying in a historic home in Osceola, Wisconsin, nestled in the lush St. Croix Valley. The home was beautifully custom-built with numerous cushy bedrooms and areas for rest and relaxation. Intricate mosaic tile art, created by the owner himself, fill the home. The 100-acre wooded property boasts miles of hiking trails, a private lake with a resident pair of bald eagles just outside the door!

Throughout the weekend, you'll experience relaxation: restorative (restful) yoga, gentle stretching, mindful breathing practices, forest bathing, guided meditation, a sound bath - all thoughtfully designed to encourage deep rest and help your body shift back into its natural state of healing.

You'll learn practical tools and techniques that you can continue using long after the retreat ends, helping you navigate stressful seasons with resilience, greater ease and self-awareness.

This retreat invites you to embrace the healing rhythm of unhurried living. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the lake, wander peaceful forest trails, paddle across quiet waters, enjoy the sauna and cold plunge, soak beneath the stars in the hot tub, practice quiet reflection, or simply curl up with a good book in a cozy corner.

For those who enjoy creative expression, there will be opportunities for art, journaling, and meaningful conversation with a community of like-minded individuals. Or, if what you need most is silence, you'll find plenty of space to simply be.

Nourishing, home-cooked meals prepared with wholesome ingredients will support your well-being throughout the weekend. Our menu will be custom curated by a private chef, full of nutritious and tasteful ingredients; expect a full balance of color and flavors. Coffees and teas will always be available.

Thai massage, chakra balancing, and facial reflexology sessions offer another layer of relaxation and renewal for those who would like to add additional wellness therapies to their retreat. Also being offered are unique Water Wellness Reset sessions - you can't find these anywhere else!

This is more than a weekend away — it's an opportunity to reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and return home feeling lighter, calmer, and equipped with practices that support lasting well-being. This retreat is especially well-suited for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, burned out, or simply in need of intentional rest and restoration. The practices you'll experience are designed to support nervous system regulation, encourage relaxation, and help you cultivate habits that promote greater resilience and well-being in everyday life.

Bring your tension and worries and be prepared to leave them behind.

Leave feeling grounded, rested and restored.
