During your Rest to Rise Retreat, Siyanda Wellness's certified practitioners create spaces for you to enjoy Afro Flow Yoga, restorative, and Vinyasa-style yoga for all levels, meditation practice, sound & crystal healing sessions, transformational coaching sessions, journaling, art therapy, massage therapy (extra-cost), and soul healing circles. This retreat also allows plenty of time for exploration and relaxation. You can also schedule a private one-one session with any of our practitioners (extra-cost)

We are deeply rooted in healing practices centered around the African Diaspora that promote self-care, peace, balance, joy, healing, unity, harmony, and connection to community. Siyanda Wellness was founded by Sheona Little and molded by her amazing team of wellness professionals.
