We incorporate the latest insights from the fields of psycho-neuro immunology and microbiology. By interpreting these modern data with ancient ayurvedic knowledge, we set the foundation for optimal communication between your gut microbiome and your nervous system. Our process gently shifts you from stressed out Flight Fight Freeze (sympathetic nervous system) mode to a calm Rest and Digest (para-sympathetic) state. This, together with a programme of Restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, ayurvedic massages and meals packed full of pre- and probiotics all work synergistically to restore your gut microbiome and your nervous system for truly vibrant health.
This special retreat is aimed at anyone suffering from gluten-intolerance, stress, anxiety, depression, stiff aching joints, digestive issues, chronic tiredness, skin issues, sugar cravings or wanting to lose or gain weight.
Daily ayurvedic treatments will help to rebalance your body, mind and spirit. Based on your health and dosha assessment, we will design a programme specifically tailored to meet your needs.
Meals and drinks will all be ayurvedic, vegetarian and gluten-free.

Luxury eco-lodges which can be twin or double sleeping one or two guests
A 60 mins consultation with our yoga therapist to assess your Prakruti and Vikruti, imbalances, symptoms and diet and lifestyle, resulting in a written personal health plan
You will have a 90 minute treatment time on the Saturday and 60 minutes on the Sunday.
A short steam is recommended after each massage, sarongs will be provided, no swimming costumes required
Suitable for all levels, twice daily restorative classes will support your gut-brain axis, improve your energy levels, immunity, joint health, and bring mental and emotional balance
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will all be freshly cooked from mainly organic ingredients, mostly from our garden. Meals will be packed full or pre- and probiotics and suitable for your dosha type.
A short introductory talk on ayurveda after dinner on the first evening and every morning we will teach you the theory behind the experiential activities for you to leave with your own personal plan
The ayurvedic concept of nutrition will be introduced with a practical cooking session to learn how to eat and cook ayurvedically and simply for vibrant gut and total mind and body health
