Come Home To Yourself at a Yoga Retreat in Nicaragua
Return to Roots is a 6-night, 7-day yoga and adventure retreat in Nicaragua for anyone ready to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with what matters. Set on an uncrowded stretch of Nicaragua's northern Pacific coast, your week trades screens and schedules for sunrise practice, warm water, farm-fresh food, and time in nature.
Each day pairs a strong, thoughtful yoga practice with real adventure. Flow through vinyasa, pilates, and yin, play in arm balance and handstand labs, then step off the mat for a farm tour and cooking class, a boat tour, a temazcal ceremony, and a sea turtle release at sunset. Move, explore, rest, repeat.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, leave restored.
