Lodging is not provided. It is just 30 minutes from Cedar Rapids where there is an abundance of lodging. There is also a hotel in Mt. Vernon - 15 minutes away.
Each participant is responsible for transportation to and from the event both days.

Morning Heart Alignment Flow: A gentle yet intentional yoga session designed to open the chest, shoulders, and spine, paired with focused breathwork to connect with inner stillness.
Interactive Journaling: Guided prompts focused on uncovering what nurtures your heart and what constricts it. Participants will explore emotional patterns and self-expression.
Painted Yoga Practice: Using paint and movement, participants translate emotions into creative form, exploring joy, grief, or gratitude in a playful and non-judgmental way.
Guided Heart Meditation: A visualization to meet your “inner guide” and explore the wisdom of your heart center.
Evening Circle: Sound Bath, group reflection and discussion on insights from the day, emphasizing connection and shared experiences.
Bethany Hartman ERYT-500 is a seasoned yoga teacher and spiritual guide, sharing her practice since 2012. As the founder of HEAT Yoga in Cedar Rapids, she has built a community centered on mindful movement, self-discovery, and personal transformation.
