Alongside this, you’ll deepen your understanding of holistic health through nourishment, natural therapies, and practices that support female vitality and healthy ageing.

A Note on the Retreat Flow Our weekends are intentionally slow to allow everyone the space to relax in their own way. All scheduled activities are suitable for all abilities and are always optional — this is an invitation, never a chore.
Please note: Evening meals are not provided on Saturday or Sunday. You are welcome to use the on-site facilities or follow our recommendations to experience the very best the bay has to offer.

Nourishing Breakfast A wholesome, thoughtfully prepared breakfast to support energy, balance, and vitality.
Sauna, Contrast Therapy & Transformative Breathwork An immersive, guided experience designed to support detoxification, nervous system regulation, and deep release. Move between warmth and cold, with breathwork offered as a powerful yet optional practice.
Refuelling Lunch A nourishing midday meal to replenish the body and ground the experience.
Guided Coastal Immersive Walk A slow, sensory journey along the coast—an invitation to connect with the land, the sea air, and the present moment.

Soul-Led Journaling Workshop A guided journaling experience to support clarity, self-connection, and integration, followed by an optional sea dip, led by Tina of Breathe Wellness.
