What past participants are saying...

A truly memorable trip! We were spoiled with the best Greek breakfasts every morning. Did fun and sometimes challenging activities like hiking a volcano and shooting a bow and arrow. And had an amazing time meeting the others on the trip as well as the locals who were so generous with their knowledge. Highly recommend!-Victoria Z

We had a great trip. Jeremy and Micah were great organizers. It felt wonderful to just be in the moment and let them handle the logistics. The archery experience was amazing. As were the foraging and cooking. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The accommodations at the Odyssey Eco-Glamping farm were the right blend of opulence and rustic. Shout out to Katerina and Rick for creating an oasis that rejuvenated my soul. I recommend Rock Solid Living Retreats for anyone who wants to experience Greece in a laid back, truly immersive way. - Douglas M

I had a wonderful time experiencing new adventures with like minded people. The days were filled with wonder for all my senses. I was introduced to archery as a meditative practice….the entire week was a spiritual encounter with nature.-Judeth W

Archery, Farm & Greek Cooking

Learning the Foundations

After breakfast, the day begins with your first instinctive archery session with Micah, focusing on posture, breath, awareness, and learning to shoot from a place of presence rather than overthinking. You’ll begin to explore archery not just as a skill, but as a way to quiet the mind, settle into the body, and reconnect with instinct.

Following lunch and a restful siesta, we’ll gather for a guided tour of the farm, walking through the olive, citrus, and seasonal gardens while foraging for herbs and ingredients that may make their way into the evening meal.

As the day softens into evening, we’ll move into the open-air kitchen for a hands-on Greek cooking class rooted in the traditions of the land and season. The day ends with dinner under the stars, gathered around the table with good food, local wine, and the first real taste of slowing down and living close to the land.

Day 3

Day 3 image

Archery & Seafood Cookery

Mediterranean Flavors from the Sea

After breakfast, you’ll return to the archery range with Micah to continue building your instinctive archery skills. This session will deepen the work from the day before, refining your posture, breath, focus, and connection between body, mind, and target.

Following lunch and a restful siesta, we’ll gather again in the open-air kitchen for an immersive Greek cooking class centered around the sea. Together, we’ll prepare fresh seafood, handmade dolmades, and seasonal dishes that reflect the flavors of the Saronic Gulf. The evening ends around the table, sharing the meal you helped create.

Day 4

Day 4 image

Grounding to Place

Discover the Island of Poros

After breakfast, we’ll take a short trip across the water to Poros for a guided historic walk through the island’s charming port and village. Along the way, you’ll learn about the island’s history, wander its narrow streets, and take in the easy rhythm of Greek island life.

The day continues with a local honey tasting, followed by ouzo and mezze, a classic Greek ritual of small plates, conversation, and slow enjoyment. You’ll also have free time to explore on your own, browse the shops, sit by the water, or simply wander and let the island reveal itself at your own pace.

In the evening, we’ll return to the farm for dinner, gathering once again around the table after a full day of history, flavor, and discovery.

Day 5

Day 5 image

Archery & Lighthouse Hike

Adventure on Land and Seaside

After breakfast, you’ll return to the range for your final instinctive archery session, bringing together the posture, breath, focus, and presence you’ve been building throughout the week.

Before lunch, we’ll gather for a cooking demonstration rooted in the flavors and traditions of the region, followed by a shared meal and a restful afternoon siesta.

Later in the day, we’ll head out to explore the coastline, walking toward the tip of Poros and taking in the sea views and quieter edges of the island before continuing to the historic lighthouse.

The evening ends with a seaside dinner at Apagio, a beloved portside taverna now run by two brothers who continue to honor their family’s recipes while putting a fresh spin on Greek food, creating one of the best dining experiences on Poros.

Day 6

Day 6 image

The Sea, Music & Celebration

Boat Adventure & Greek Night

After breakfast, we’ll head out onto the water for a private boat excursion through the Saronic Gulf. The day is devoted to the sea, with time to swim, snorkel, relax on deck, and take in the coastline from one of the best possible perspectives.

We’ll stop along the way in quiet coves and clear blue water, with plenty of time to cool off, float, explore, or simply enjoy the rhythm of the boat and the beauty of the Aegean.

Later in the day, we’ll return to Poros for a local wine and cheese tasting, featuring Greek wines and regional cheeses that reflect the flavors of the island and surrounding countryside.

The evening becomes a celebration, with live music, dancing, and a festive Greek dinner at the Odyssey on Poros. It’s a joyful final night together, filled with food, music, movement, and the kind of shared memories that stay with you long after the week ends.

Day 7

Day 7 image

A Day to Wander

Choose Your Own Adventure

After breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy at a slower pace, with several options for how you’d like to spend your final full day. You may choose to explore more of Poros on your own, wandering the port, visiting local shops, relaxing by the sea, or returning to a favorite café with no real agenda.

For those wanting a little more adventure, you may choose from one of the optional experiences, such as visiting the nearby island of Hydra or joining a sea kayaking excursion along the coast. Whether you choose movement, exploration, or rest, the day is designed to give you space to follow your own rhythm.

In the evening, we’ll gather for a Closing Circle, taking time to reflect on the week, the practice, the meals, the conversations, and the connections made along the way. We’ll end with a farewell dinner at a local taverna, sharing one final meal together before departure the next morning.

Day 8

Day 8 image

Farewell

Until Next Time

After breakfast, we’ll say our goodbyes and depart by water taxi and ferry back to Piraeus. As you make your way from Poros toward Athens, you’ll carry home more than memories — new skills, new friendships, and a deeper connection to the land, the food, and the rhythm of Greek island life.

Itinerary Changes

We’ve thoughtfully created this itinerary to give you a beautiful rhythm for our time together. At the same time, retreats have a way of unfolding uniquely, and we want to remain attentive to the needs of the group. Because of this, the schedule may shift slightly from time to time.

Greece also has its own natural rhythm shaped by the weather, the sea, and a more relaxed cultural pace. Because of this, certain activities or times may adjust organically and/or intentionally as we move through the week.

We value creating an experience that supports each person fully, and we appreciate your openness to any shifts that allow us to do so.
