Flights

International flights to/from Brazil are NOT included! When booking your flights, I would recommend arriving to GIG Airport by 3pm on the first day of the trip so that you can attend the welcome dinner. Check out from the hostel is at 11am on the last day of the trip, but luggage storage at the hotel is an option if you have a later flight!

Passport and Visa  

Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. U.S. citizens are required to obtain a visa to enter Brazil. You can check the requirements and apply for an e-visa through the official Brazilian government portal. Make sure to check the updated visa requirements before booking your flights. It’s always a good idea to get your visa squared away well in advance to avoid any last-minute stress. As a reminder, we’re not responsible for arranging or covering visa fees, so please double-check all your travel documents to ensure a smooth journey.
