One of the best retreats! Amazing location, best surf coaching, amazing staff and delicious food! I had the best week!!

This was our second trip with Rise up in this location . The coaching was top notch ( Alek ) movement ( Manu ) exercises . The coaches ask what your surf goals will be for the week . if it’s the second time they review the goals you had previously. They listen to their clients ! We got to try a new surf location and surfed three different breaks . We asked to make chocolate we got to make chocolate so fun ! We feel well taken care of by staff and plenty of healthy food to eat ! we made new friends and connected with old ones . Highly recommend Rise up . This week there were 7 clients and 4 were repeat clients . Thank you Rise Up!

Great trip for a solo traveler who wants to learn to surf! All of the staff were helpful and my coach Chepo was amazing. Chris was the other coach in our group and she was also extremely helpful. I enjoyed the food and the activities. I plan to return in February !

This retreat was everything and more. It was my first time away from my toddler. I was a bit worried initially but all those worries quickly disappeared after I arrived and was greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff, incredible food and stunning location. It far exceeded any of my expectations! I was blown away by how quickly my surfing transformed in just a few days. It was a dream. I can’t wait to book another retreat.

Off the beaten path, away from tourists in the middle of a rain forest jungle, and perfect waves, this was a truly magical location. The team at Rise Up is the best - great feedback and guidance on surfing and all around lovely, cool group of people. This is my second Rise Up trip and both trips have been wonderful and can't wait to book another trip.
