AVOID!!! I went a few years back with friends and loved it. Unfortunately, this time around it was a mess. Their information was incorrect and misleading. There are several good camps in Nicaragua, I recommend finding another.

I had THE BEST time at Rise Up. The Surf coaches were all very knowledgeable and awesome! Shout out to Paige and Alek for their thoughtful tips. I feel like I greatly improved my surfing abilities while at Rise Up. The food was also incredible, healthy and delicious. It was so nice to review the itinerary each night for the next day and have some flexibility around the afternoon activities. Grateful to Norvin and Elmer for driving us to such cool local spots. I also loved daily yoga with CiCi! I want to make this an annual trip, thank you to the whole Rise Up crew for such an incredible experience :). I will be back!
